Who we are

Maigue Meadow House, Croom Road, Adare, Co. Limerick. You can contact us about your details at stay@maiguemeadow.example.

What we collect

When you send a stay request, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your dates, the number of guests, the room you chose and anything else you tell us. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, arrange your stay and help with what you asked about. We use your details because you asked us to get back to you, and because it's in our legitimate interest to answer enquiries.

Who else handles it

Our website host (Cloudflare) and our email provider handle your message so it can reach us. We never sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months unless you stay with us (then we keep booking records for as long as Irish tax law requires).

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, by emailing stay@maiguemeadow.example. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
